ABOUT US

What we believe in

We believe in a living God, in Jesus Christ His only Son, in the Holy Spirit, and in the power of the resurrection.

Man has sinned voluntarily putting himself under the wrath and the judgment of God. But we believe too in salvation by the faith and not by the works.

The Bible is the foundation of our faith. She is the inspired Word of God, and we are called to live according to the principles of the Kingdom of God.

Our History

Someone came to me and said, Pastor Rose-Aimée, we need a French-speaking evangelical church. I meditated... I thought... I left my church in Montreal. I came here with a guitar,... It’s special because you’re the last one in town as a local church. And people come, they ask me for prayer... I like what I do, it’s a call.

Our church was born out of the deep desire to serve God with passion, in simplicity and love. Since its founding, it has grown with men and women eager to walk in truth and manifest God's glory on earth, preparing a people passionate about Jesus Christ, rooted in the Word and led by the Holy Spirit, in order to impact our generation and announce His imminent return

Our Vision

Spreading the gospel of Jesus Christ to form a community of authentic and balanced disciples, united by love and growing in faith for meaningful impact on the world.

We are a passionate church of Jesus Christ, preparing souls for his imminent return!

Doctrinal Foundations

The Bible, inspired and infallible, is the Word of GOD, the sole and complete source of all Christian doctrine and practice.

We believe in the only One, True, Omniscient, Omnipotent, Omnipresent and Holy God. He is the “I am” revealed in three persons (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). He alone is worthy of worship and service.

Jesus Christ, the eternal Son of God is the Creator Logos of all things. Incarnate by the virtue of the Holy Spirit in Mary the virgin , perfectly God and perfectly man, He lived without sin and willingly gave up his life on the cross. Bodily risen, He is lift up in glory to the Father.

The Holy Spirit, third person of divinity and executive agent of all divine work, manifests divine immanence among men and in every Christian. He is the inspirator of the Holy Scriptures. He enlightens the believer through the Word of GOD and the gifts that He bestows.

Man, a specific creation in the image of God, has sinned voluntarily by submitting himself with his inheritance to the fallen angel called Satan. He has thus lost his innocence and his communion with GOD to undergo the spiritual, physical and eternal death.

Salvation by grace is the gift of God for regeneration, justification and glorification of the repentant sinner. This salvation is acquired by faith in the redemptive work of Jesus Christ on the cross. The believer receives the divine nature and sonship by adoption in virtue of the new life implanted in his heart by the Holy Spirit.

Immersion of the converted in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, water baptism is the symbol of the spiritual work performed by the Holy Spirit in sinful man. Through this act, the person identifies himself by faith in the burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ and commits to live for the Lord in newness of life.

The Holy Communion is the memorial of the atoning death of Jesus Christ. Under the emblems of bread and wine, it is the covenant communion with GOD in the body and blood of Jesus, until he returns.

Baptism in the Holy Spirit, following conversion, is a covering of power granted by GOD to the regenerated and obedient man who receives him by faith for effective testimony. The initial visible sign of its reception is speaking in tongues. The spiritual gifts to which He gives access are for the edification of the body of Christ.

Divine healing is the all-powerful action of Divine grace by the Holy Spirit for the moral or physical healing of any disease or infirmity. It is acquired by faith in the work of Christ on the cross and by means of prayer, anointing with oil or laying on of hands in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The second coming of the glorified Messiah is the blessed hope of all those redeemed by Jesus Christ who are waiting for his salvation and eternal rewards.

All the dead who did not take part in the first resurrection of the return of Jesus Christ will appear at the last Judgment to be judged according to their works. Anyone whose name will not be written in the Book of Life will suffer eternal torment in the lake of fire that is “the second death”.
